Seiko presents the second reinterpretation of the original Seiko 5 Sports model, which was first released in June 1968. The case has been recreated as faithfully as possible to match the original model's dimensions and shape, while modernizing the watch and enhancing the movement with the inclusion of a 4R36 caliber. Details such as the shape of the lugs and the size of the crown have been updated with the practicality and comfort of the modern man in mind. The model features a sturdy stainless steel bracelet with a design similar to the original bracelet from the first collection. Additionally, the extra perforated calf leather strap, in a racing style, further enhances the model's retro vibe.
