Description
The design of this timepiece is inspired by the Basilica del Redentore, the masterpiece of the Venetian architect Andrea Palladio, father of the Neoclassical style. The harmony of shapes and proportions gives its case an elegant and contemporary line, making it an extremely versatile model.
Power reserve indicator
The power reserve is perhaps the most useful and appreciated mechanical complication by watch enthusiasts. The fourth hand points to the upper half of the dial, indicating the hours remaining that the caliber will continue to run. In addition, the power reserve is indicated by a hand resting on the main shaft of the movement, a real rarity in the sector.
Date window at six o'clock
In this particular model, the date is not indicated by the classic disc visible at 3 o'clock. There is instead a fifth hand at 6 o'clock that marks the 31 days of the month. A circular finish on the date disc embellishes the sunray dial. To make the dial easier to read, the fifth hand and the first day of the month are highlighted in the same color.
Engraved caseback
We have created a caseback with six screws, which enhances the geometry of the shapes and keeps the central incision in place. The outer band of the latter shows the fundamental technical characteristics of the watch and the serial number at 4 o'clock.
