The Cuervo y Sobrinos Historiador Primera Dama is inspired by 1930s Havana, a world where dance, music, and hedonistic delights were the order of the day. Unequivocally feminine, this ladies' watch is suitable for any occasion.
Cuervo y Sobrinos invites you to step back in time and imagine life in the 1930s, a period when Cuba attracted many tourists to its vibrant streets and beautiful coasts. With prohibition in the United States continuing until the end of 1933, the Caribbean island, located just 90 miles off the coast of Florida, offered liberal drinking laws and other delights.
Movie stars, famous politicians, and celebrities frequented the island’s casinos, while couples danced to swing music before heading out into the vibrant streets rich with Art Deco buildings. The watch is offered with a glossy Louisiana alligator strap color-coordinated or a matching bracelet. At the heart of this timepiece is the CyS 1005 caliber, a quartz movement that guarantees a high level of precision and does not require winding.
On the back of the watch, there is an elegant lady wearing a cloche hat, typical of the era, with a golden feather.
The dial is made of blue mother-of-pearl with three diamonds (total carat weight 0.021 ct), applied indexes, and the CyS emblem.
